These blends offer different combinations of mixed dried vegetables such as carrots, dehydrated onion, potatoes, peas, tomatoes, celery flakes, bell peppers, parsley and green beans and can be used in soups, stews and other dishes calling for cooked vegetables.

Ingredients: Potatoes, Peas, Onion, Carrots, Corn, Bell Peppers, Cabbage, Green Beans, Celery Flakes, Parsley.

Directions

Bring 2 1/2 cups water to a boil. Add 1 cup vegetable blend and simmer 2-3 minutes until tender. Makes 2 cups cooked vegetables for adding to stews.
