Guar gum is used as a thickener, emulsifier and firming agent in baked goods, jams and jellies, soups, salad dressings, sauces, syrups, juices and dairy products. Use up to 1/2 tsp. per cup of liquid, or at a rate of up to 1% by weight.
Safety Guideline: This product should be ingested only with adequate liquid. Not for use by persons with bowel obstruction.
