Frontier Co-op Pickling Spice produces a mild traditional or bread-and-butter pickle with diverse flavor that's also great for many other vegetables and fruits. Try it for pickling beets, carrots, lemons, peaches and watermelon, or in fermenting. Add it directly to the brine, or place in a tea ball or cheesecloth for easy removal. Use it to spice your corned beef, and in marinades too.
Use 1 Tbsp. per 3-5 lb. pickling cucumbers.
