Frontier Co-op® Guardian Spirit is a powdered herbal tea with an earthy aroma and a bitter-earthy, nutty flavor. It is a caramel-beige brown powder with cream-colored bits.
Ingredients:
Organic Burdock Root, Organic Sheep Sorrel, Organic Slippery Elm Bark, Rhubarb Root.
Directions
To prepare as a tea, pour 6 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
NOTICE: Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain or diarrhea. Consult a health care provider prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use in the event of diarrhea or watery stools. Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for long-term use. If suffering from any medical condition, or taking medication, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Keep out of reach of children.
